Angela Lee returns to ONE Championship Cage to be welcomed by formidable contender Stamp Fairtex

 

Angela Lee will defend her Atomweight title against Grand Prix winner Stamp Fairtex (8-1), who is trying to become the first three-sport champion in the organization’s history.

Angela “Unstoppable” Lee (10-2) has not fought since an October 2019 title defense against Xiong Jingnan in Tokyo. In April, the 25-year-old gave birth to her first child and returned to training in June. 

Last year, Stamp Fairtex (8-1) earned her title shot by winning the atomweight Grand Prix. Her sole career defeat came when she got confused and tapped to a loose submission with just seconds remaining in the final round of a fight that she was winning.

Lee vs. Stamp pits two of ONE’s biggest stars against one another. Lee is the promotion’s reigning Atomweight champion, while Stamp previously held ONE Atomweight belts in Muay Thai and kickboxing.
