Davionte Young is a 25-year-old MMA fighter from Michigan. 

With a perfect record of 6 wins and no losses, Young’s nickname “The Apex Predator “is definitely earned.

Davi Young is the 2nd ranked Amateur Lightweight in the Midwest and the number 1 Lightweight in Minnesota.

 Young both beat the champions at 145 and 155 lbs to earn those rankings.

Davi started wrestling when he was a young kid and did it for twelve years; he won three national team wrestling and competed internationally. 

He is a 4-time state wrestling champ in Minnesota.

He also joined the Marine Corps.

Young is 100 percent committing his life to MMA, and he is scheduled to make his professional MMA debut on March 27.

With his coach Dalenco James on his side, he trains 45 hours a week. Boxing 101, strength conditioning Muay Thai and Kickboxing with Mike, the head coach Kaitlin Young, a recent addition to PFL. 

In addition to his regular training, Young signed up to train with Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone at his ranch! 

He also trained with TJ Dillashaw at Classic Fight Team, even very committed to sharpening his mixed martial arts skills.

We are expecting to see a different level Young this coming March 27 at XFC MMA.
