Hawaii MMA News: Al The Sweetness Matavao is back in action on Friday, March 19, 2021.

Although Al is not from Hawaii, he fought once in X1 World Events and became the Champion. 

Gregory Rodriguez and Al Matavao will be headlining the LFA 102 this coming Friday.

Al Matavao is a professional MMA fighter fighting out of Alaska. He holds a record of 8 wins and three losses. He was last seen in Dana White Contender Series last year. Matavao took an L to Tafon Nchukwi after a head kick knockout.

Gregory “Robocop” Rodrigues is a 29-year-old professional fighter from Brazil. He has a good record of seven wins and three losses. 

Rodrigues is also returning from Dana White Contender Series loss is Gregory Rodriguez. Rodriguez fought last year and took a loss to Jordan Williams via punches on round 1.
