Hawaii MMA News: Puni Pagaoa returns at LFA 124 on January 11, 2022 

Puni Pagaoa makes his third professional fight at LFA 124. Puni wants to go back at the winning column with his recent defeat in September

At 23 years old, Puni Pagaoa has been training with Xtreme Couture Las Vegas, head coach by Eric Nicksick.

Puni Pagaoa has been training with fellow Hawaiians like UFC Fighter Brad Tavares, Kamaka brothers, Boston Salmon, Jeremiah Young, and Tiani Valle, his girlfriend.

Puni Pagaoa made his LFA debut in April last year, where he knocked out opponent Josh Islas in just 12 seconds. 

Fighting Puni Pagaoa is Filipino born Federico Flores

Federico Flores will be making his LFA debut.

Federico Flores, 27 years old, fighting out of Arizona, will be making his first walk in LFA. Flores has a fight record of one win and one loss as a pro.

He last fought in CFFC MMA in 2019, where he faced Miguel Junior Diaz and loss via Unanimous Decision.

He scored a record of 6 wins and one loss in his amateur bouts.
