RUF NATION presents a Bantamweight bout against Hawaii-born Ryan Mondala and Abdul Kamara.

RUF 47: Mondala brothers Rodney and Ryan are going to war on May 14 at the historic Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona. 

Ryan Mondala vs. Abdul “Scratch” Kamara 

Ryan “Coconut” Mondala is a 31-year-old fighter from Ewa Beach, Hawaii. He is a certified Banger who possesses a great power and chin. Mondala is looking to get his 5th victory win. 

Mondala recently fought in August at Combat Night MMA, where he fought the now reigning Champion, Ramon Taveras. He went head to head for three rounds and took some heavy damage to the eye. Mondala came up short with a close unanimous decision fight. Giving him his 4th loss. 

Fighting Mondala is Abdul Kamara. 

Abdul Kamara is a 30-year-old fighter from Portland, Oregon. Kamara has a fight record of 3 wins and one loss, training out of MMA Lab in Glendale, Arizona. +

Kamara went 6 and 4 before turning professional in 2019. 

In July, he defeated Calob Ramirez via Guillotine Choke at RUF 42.
